containing modern management principles guide the
organization in all spheres of HR functions comprising
recruitment, appointment, job responsibilities, remuneration,
increment, leave entitlements, statutory compliance, upgradation of management skills, disciplinary behavior, and
resignation/termination and exit interview. These enable the
individuals concerned to bring forth their best for the

Procurement Policy
A transparent procurement policy is
followed by the organization for purchase of all materials
required for program implementation and office requirements.
Competitive quotations are invited and the same are
compiled and studied before finalization of orders without
making compromise for quality and price. For procurement of
large scale items advertisements are issued in news papers
inviting tenders. Comparative studies are conducted and
negotiations are done with short listed parties to further
economize on rates so that precious resources are not spent
wastefully

Prudent financial policy is pursued to
ensure transparency. A computerized financial package (tally
system), is in place which ensures accuracy. Bank accounts
